My 3 series BMW was booked in today for a full service and MOT and I really cannot praise this garage enough. I was booked in super fast and the whole experience was totally stress free despite being on my own with my three year old son (fish tank in reception was a huge hit with him). By 2pm my car was ready! So impressed! The team at RL Motor services are so lovely. Reception booked me in easily, were very friendly and the whole process was very smooth. I was kept updated on progress throughout the day and all points picked up were explained thoroughly before I left. Very impressed and highly recommend this very professional local business. Took my 335d back for warranty work (DPF clean) only to find out there was a fault with the glow plugs I didn’t even know about. Arrived early and they jumped straight on it no questions asked, brilliant staff and easy to talk to. After couple of hours and a cup of tea there were done even sorted me out a great deal on my remap at the same time. Can’t recommend these guys enough, great garage and great after sales service. Car feels like a totally different animal, thanks a lot

Just had my 520 serviced again at RL , absolutely first class service from start to finish .All the staff are so welcoming and knowledgable you know you are in safe hands.
The remap I had done there has worked wonders for the fuel economy, from a full tank I done 120 miles and still have 680 miles to empty!! Highly recommended and very competitive.
